Reconditioning Process
Every Skyjack machine prior to disassembly will be carefully checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential equipment required to perform a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each and every Skyjack machinery put back together according to OEM standards and some parts are replaced with new ones. The components that get replaced includes: filters and hoses, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. Furthermore, each and every unit receives new tires, batteries and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers offers an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These models offer a ninety seven inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
